The Shimano LINKGLIDE RAPIDFIRE PLUS Deore SL-M6230-R11 shift lever delivers light and responsive front shifting for improved control out on the trail. This uses the I-Spec EV standard to mount the shifter. 

NOTE: Compatible with 11 speed LINKGLIDE only.  NOT Compatible with Hygerglide rear derailleurs.
